Morgan County EMS
Morgan County EMS (MCEMS) is currently accepting applications for part-time and full-time ALS providers.
Morgan County boasts a population of approximately 18,000 and is located in the northern portion of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia with an area of 230 square miles consisting of small towns, communities, rolling farmland, mountainous terrain, and dense forest. MCEMS staffs three ALS ambulances 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from two stations located in Berkeley Springs and the Town of Paw Paw.
MCEMS offers competitive pay; moderate call volume; 12- and 24-hour shifts; positive working environment; new equipment such as Horton ambulances, Life Pak 15’s, LUCAS CPR devices, McGrath video intubation equipment, and Stryker Power Pro stretchers.
Part-Time Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Full-Time Base Salary: $52,728

Qualified candidates must possess either a valid WV Paramedic certification or National Registry Paramedic certification. In addition, applicants must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ALS providers are required to maintain the following certifications: CPR, Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC), PEPP or PALS, ACLS, and ITLS or PHTLS. Applicants must be reliable, professional and possess good verbal & written communication skills.
