30 Day Comment: Removal of SETS applications from certification policies

The West Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services (WVOEMS) is posting the attached policy proposals for a thirty-day comment.  These policies are regarding the removal of SETS applications for EMVO, EMR, EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic providers if you acquire and maintain a National Registry certification.  This will allow individuals to complete a WVOEMS application that will encompass an attestation statement verifying their required training.  The attached documents were received and drafted by the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council (EMSAC) for consideration.  Please submit all comments to Terri O'Connor at terri.l.oconnor@wv.gov from May 17, 2022, through June 16, 2022.
