Roane County Emergency Squad is now accepting applications for Full-Time and Part-Time EMT’s, ACT’s, and Paramedics. Applicants are required to hold current West Virginia certification or have means to obtain such certification through reciprocity.

In addition applicants must have a valid driver’s license, EVOC, be willing to subject to a criminal background check, driving history check, and must also pass a drug test.

Applicants must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Applicants should have a firm grasp on all skills and protocols appropriate to his/her level of training.
