HealthTeam Critical Care Transport Services, LLC, a nationally accredited, not-for-profit transport program cooperatively owned by three academic medical centers, is recruiting the perfect individual to serve as Ground Team Leader for Marshall County, WV EMS Operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of leadership success in the delivery of safe, high quality and clinically sound emergency medical services programs.

Within our organization the Ground Team Leader serves as a member of the corporate leadership group and is responsible for:

• Daily EMS operations leading to successful patient outcomes
• Management of field staff assigned to a specific operational base
• Ongoing and effective liaison to both senior leaders and local governmental officials
• Planning and implementation of strategic initiatives which serve to improve service delivery
