HealthNet Aeromedical Services, a nationally accredited not-for-profit critical care transport program cooperatively owned by three academic medical centers, is recruiting the perfect individual to serve as its Director of Education.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of leadership success in clinical education, planning and cultivation of strategic education partnerships.

Within our organization the Director of Education serves as a member of the administrative leadership team and is responsible for:

• Education and competency of over 200 clinicians
• Operation of three simulation laboratories and an aircraft simulator
• Management of Field Training Officers at eleven bases
• Management of staff assigned to the Corporate Training Center
