Executive Director-MEMS

Are you seeking a leadership opportunity with a dynamic and progressive emergence medical services organization; then explore a future with Mon Emergency Medical Services (MEMS) located in Morgantown, WV.

MEMS is a part of the Mon Health System comprised of Mon General Hospital, Mon HealthCare, The Village at Heritage Point and Preston Memorial Hospital.

Executive Director is responsible for planning, leading, controlling and implementing the policies of MEMS.

This opportunity requires Bachelor’s degree and five years of progressive management experience, preferably in the management of an EMS unit. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with patients/family members, members/leaders of other EMS units, employees at all levels in the organization and community leaders. Proven leadership skills required to include planning, analyzing, decision making, human resources management, and financial management.

State EMT and/or Paramedic license/certification, current CPR certification, EVOC certification, and certificate in HAZMAT preferred. Valid driver's license required.
