The Rural Emergency Trauma Institute-Westcom/MCC is accepting resume’s for the position of a full time Level 1 Medical Command Communicator.
The position is located in Braxton County, Flatwoods WV.
Medical Command Communicators are a vital link in the EMS system in West Virginia. Ideally the individual selected for this position will possess the minimum qualifications, and sound clinical judgment.
Salary is commensurate with experience, however we offer an attractive salary, benefit package and work environment.
Current open position is a night shift position. Shifts run from 8am-8pm, with built in 7 days off each month.

High School diploma or GED is required. Certified in WV as a paramedic and working without restrictions or under any suspensions. Must have and maintain a current ACLS, PALS or PEPP, CPR, ITLS or PHTLS.
A Minimum of 2 years experience as a field paramedic.
