Office of Emergency Medical Services

Morgan County EMS is seeking applications from interested applicants for the position of Advanced Life Support Provider. We have PRN (as needed) positions available.
Qualified candidates must possess:
West Virginia EMT-Paramedic or Intermediate, valid state drivers license, Emergency Vehicle Operations, Hazardous Materials Operations, NIMS 100, 200, 700 & 800.
Minimum of two years experience as an advanced life support provider.
Minimum of five years cumulative experience in the pre-hospital setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Possess an understanding of the West Virginia Office of EMS Advanced Life Support Protocols.
Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse groups of individuals such as volunteers and staff.
Effective problem solving.
Proficient with office equipment such as, computer, software, copiers, and faxes.

Complete job description and additional information available upon request. The anticipated salary for this position is $15-$17/hr based upon experience and certification. PRN personnel are scheduled as needed for the second unit typically on 12 hour shifts.
