It has come to the attention of the Office of Emergency Medical Services that there is a gap in Data Submission from August through September 2019.  This memo is a directive to all agencies to verify their data submission from August through September 2019 with their vendors.  This verification is to be directly submitted to OEMS by January 27, 2020.

Failure to submit this data is a violation of Legislative Rule 64CSR48 3.2.b

3.2.b. EMS agencies shall collect, maintain and report accurate patient data for all incidents. Agencies shall complete a PCR for all incidents.  PCRs shall be completed and submitted to the PreMIS following the conclusion of providing services to a patient, in accordance with policies and guidelines established by OEMS.
