Dear First Responder,

As a valued member of our community we would like to formally invite you and your staff to the Summit Bechtel Reserve's Veterans & Community Heroes Appreciation Day, June 16.  As our guest, this event will be free for you and your family and/or a guest to attend. The day will be filled with adventure activities in our Scott Summit Center, a Kidz Zone,  live music, exhibitors, and delicious Food Truck food! Admission to the event will begin at 12:00pm with the closing show beginning around 5:30. Closing show music will be provided by Cross Town Traffic from Elkins, WV.   This is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately and bring a blanket or chair to sit on.

In order to attend, you will need to register for the event on our website and present the registration confirmation at our entrance gate, either printed ticket or mobile phone ticket will do. Please follow the link below to our webpage for the event and click on the orange button under Registration. The Hero pass is our FREE pass for U.S. Service Members\Veterans\Law Enforcement\Firefighters\Paramedics and EMT's as well immediate family. Other ticket options are available to the public so feel free to share.
