The Inaugural West Virginia Continuum of Care Symposium has been scheduled for August 23-24, 2016.
The West Virginia Health Care Association is proud to present their first Continuum of Care Symposium on August 23-24 at the Marriott Town Center in Charleston, WV.
Dr. Andrew Kramer will be the keynote speaker and will talk about the challenges of integrating care across the continuum.
Other topics will include:
Noah's Story: Please Listen!, The Value of Palliative Care in the Health Continuum, Building and Sustaining Data-Driven QAPI, An Overview of Hospital Palliative Care Outcomes, Interactive Lunch Sessions, Question and Answer Session and much more.
The West Virginia Office of EMS is awarding up to 15.5 hours continuing education for courses taken.
