The Twelfth Bi-Annual ASSET Instructor Conference

RESA Public Service Training in cooperation with the West Virginia Department of Education will be hosting the twelfth bi-annual ASSET instructor conference at Canaan Valley Resort on November 14 and 15, 2015. SUBSTANCE ABUSE ALERT # WV002

High School Students Snorting Non-prescription Medications: Benadryl, Mucinex D The WV Poison Center has been made aware that 11th and 12th graders in WV have recently admitted to snorting Benadryl and Mucinex D. Some students have been selling these drugs to fellow students. They stated that their goal is a “cocaine-like” effect. Reports have been from a variety of student demographics including some top students. For more information click on the title.
