Description:	PURPOSE: To provide temporary relief of the ten (10) patient contact requirement for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) students allowing for National Registry testing. POLICY: This policy applies to initial EMT courses and alters the requirement for ten (10) patient contacts prior to National Registry testing during the COVID-19 pandemic. This relief policy shall be effective and ONLY apply to EMT courses ending prior to July 1, 2020.
