| Description: | Rapid changes in the affordable healthcare act have required this mandatory training to be completed as soon as possible. It is imperative that you attend one of the scheduled courses, as this course will define roles and responsibilities of Regional Medical Directors, Agency Medical Directors and EMS Quality Assurance Coordinators. The System Performance Improvement (PI) Plan, definitions, and certification requirements will be presented also. |
