WVOEMS uses Continuum account user name and password to verify who you are, so you must have a Continuum Account, and know your user name and password to fill out an application, Your user name is your Continuum account name (e.g. your WV number). Your password is the password you created when you created your Continuum Account.

Note: We will display only part of your email address, since displaying your whole email address could provide someone trying to gain access to your account with too much information.
If you don't know or don't have access to the email account in your Continuum account, you can request us to change it.
Call the EMS Performance Improvement Center at toll-free at 1-866-773-6477 or dial direct 1-919-843-0201.
If you don't know your password, you can have a new password sent to you. This fully automated process is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To reset your password, go to the https://continuum.emspic.org/login and click on the sentence "Forgot your password?". If you have difficulties, call the EMS Performance Improvement Center at toll-free at 1-866-773-6477 or dial direct 1-919-843-0201.
