Region 1/4 (Beckley)

• Thursday, September 9, 2010 @ the Mining Academy in Beaver @ 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, September 23, 2010 @ Pocahontas Memorial Hospital in Buckey @ 1:00 p.m.

You must pre-register for testing by calling 304-860-1900.

Also, Paramedic Recert Exams are given at the Beckley Field Office weekdays, Monday through Friday.  You must call the Beckley Field Office to register.

Region 2/3 (Huntington)

The WV EMS-TSN, Inc., Huntington Field Office, will be administering the WV ALS Recertification Written and Practical Examinations on the following dates and times:

Date: Thursday, September 16th, 2010
Times: Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Location: WV EMS-TSN, Inc./Huntington Field Office

Date: Thursday, October 14th, 2010
Times: Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Location:  WV EMS-TSN, Inc.

Huntington, WV  25702

Individuals need to allot at least 1 hour for both the written and practical examinations.

To schedule a date and time, please have the individual candidates contact Jim Donathan or Arisba Fink at 1-304-523-9102.

If your agency has a number of individuals who need to take the exam, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate your request for an on-site examination.

If you have RNs who are or who wish to apply for EMSA-RN, EMSA-FN, etc., please have them call to schedule this exam, as this test is one of the requirements for this designation.

If you are unsure whether a person is required to take these exams or present a two-year practical form instead, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you in identifying the individual needs.

Region 5 (Mineral Wells)

Hosted at Mineral Wells Field Office, 58 Fox Run Drive #3, Mineral Wells, WV 26150:

Paramedic recertification testing will be at the following locations:

  Tuesday, August 31 at 1800 at Petersburg Station
• Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, WV
  Tuesday, September 28 at 1800 in the Main Conference Room
• Fraley Ambulance Service, 106 Washington St, Moorefield, WV
  Tuesday, October 5 at 1800 at their station
• TSN office any time by appointment.
• C3-IFT testing by appointment.

Region 10/11 (Wheeling)
