EMS Legislation Passed

FYI, three pieces of EMS-related legislation have been passed this year.  They are: HB 4143, amending & re-enacting the EMS Act; SB215 making assualt of EMS personnel & others a felony and SB 433, amending the AED act to extend liability protection to unintentional users.  You may view any of these at: http://www.legis.state.wv.us/.

The bills will become effective upon the Governor's signature.
