We've created a listing to show which agencies have completed the West Virginia agency certification and are submitting EPCR data (or are ready to submit EPCR data) into the West Virginia EMS Data System.

For those unaware, the Office certifies not only third-party vendors, but also all agencies that plan to submit patient care record data in West Virginia. This two-step process ensures that our statewide EMS data system is free from invalid data that can cause garbage in, garbage out scenarios.

The Office works in conjunction with the EMS Performance Improvement Center, of North Carolina to certify vendors and agencies as they come onboard the data system.
