The Office of EMS extends a warm welcome to its newest staff member Rachel Moses. Rachel joins OEMS as Office Assistant, working primarily in support of support of the Director and Section Chiefs. She will become the lead staff member managing WVOEMS documents, meetings, and formal correspondence. View her contact page for more information.
