How do I find out my test score?
Submit to Office of Emergency Medical Services in writing your request, along with the Course Outline Number. If number not known, contact your Regional Education Service Agency (RESA)

Tests come to The Office of Emergency Medical Services, where they are processed. Then they are sent to National Registry
, who grade and then return scores back to O.E.M.S. From there cards or failure letters are then sent out.
What is the grace period I have to renew my EMT-B certification if I let it expire?
You have two years grace period before certification has elapsed. After two years you must complete the full 120-hour National Registry
course, pass both the (National Registry written) and practical examination.
If I am required to take the 33hr. refresher course, can I take the 40hr. S.T.O course instead?
No, the 40hr. course does not include the same material. Therefore is not comparable.
