House Bill 2916 amends the West Virginia Emergency Medical Services Act. Read the announcement and the affected code .

CIS enrollment prerequisites for agencies

All EMS provider agencies in West Virginia must fully complete and submit EMSPIC's enrollment packet to participate in CIS (Credentialling Information System.) CIS enrollment is a pre-requisite requirement for submission of electronic patient care data. Questions should be directed to the North Carolina EMS Performance Improvement Center (EMSPIC).
